In a single coffee bean there are up to a thousand flavour nuances! These vary depending on the altitude and climate in which the bean is grown, the soil conditions and the processing techniques also affect the taste. Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE uses only the finest Arabica beans from hand-picked plantations in South America and India, as this is where the best conditions are found for flavourful, high quality coffee beans. Our beans are harvested by hand and carefully handled to ensure that all of the flavours make their way to your cup.
Our coffee beans not only taste great; they are sustainable as well. This is because they are sourced exclusively from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms.
Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE is as spontaneous and fast-paced as you are. Our roasting process, however, is completely the opposite…the slower the better. As the only way to bring out the full flavour nuances of the Arabica beans is to ensure exactly the right roasting temperature and duration. Creating the ideal coffee for a full-flavour treat to set you up for the rest of your day.
HOT ON ICE-COLD
To make sure that none of the full bodied aroma is lost, we use the coffee beans immediately after roasting. We combine the barista quality freshly brewed espresso with fresh milk to create the perfect iced-coffee treat.
