Blueberry Bowl
This smoothie bowl, prepared with fresh or frozen blueberries, is just as tasty as any dessert. Garnish as desired with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
Ingredients
2 servings| 190 g | blueberries |
| 230 ml | Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny (1 cup), frozen in an ice cube tray |
| 2 tbsp | peanut butter |
| 1 handful | fresh blueberries |
| 1 tbsp | coconut flakes |
| 1 tbsp | peanuts |
Preparation

Mix the blueberries, frozen Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny and peanut butter in a blender until creamy.

Divide between two bowls. Garnish with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes and peanuts.
