Berry tartlets | Emmi Caffè Latte
|230 ml||Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino|
|1 dl||full-fat cream|
For the cream, bring the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE, sugar, egg and cornflour to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture becomes creamy, immediately remove the pan from the heat and continue stirring for 1–2 minutes.
Sieve it into a bowl, cover and leave to cool completely. Mix well again with a whisk. Beat the full-fat cream until stiff and fold in.
Pour the cream into the tartlets and garnish with blueberries.
