Cappuccino Mug Cake

Cappuccino meets chocolate. Just three steps to the perfect mug cake for between meals.

Ingredients

1 mug
50 ml Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino
3 tbsp flour
0.5 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg
1 banana
20 g chocolate, in small pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

  2. Puree the egg, Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino and the banana in a blender until smooth. Fold into the flour mixture together with the chocolate pieces.

  3. Pour into a mug and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
