Cappuccino Mug Cake
Cappuccino meets chocolate. Just three steps to the perfect mug cake for between meals.
|50 ml||Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino|
|0.5 tsp.||baking powder|
|20 g||chocolate, in small pieces|
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Puree the egg, Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino and the banana in a blender until smooth. Fold into the flour mixture together with the chocolate pieces.
Pour into a mug and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
