|230 ml||Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino (1 cup)|
|100 g||white chocolate|
|200 ml||full cream|
Break up the chocolate into small pieces.
Heat the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino in a pan and add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Add the cornstarch and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely.
Beat the full cream until stiff and fold into the cooled mixture.
Spoon the mixture into glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
