This refreshing dessert, with its two layers of delicious coffee goodness, is the perfect treat for all you coffee-lovers.
|Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino (1 cup)
Beat the 2 egg whites until frothy.
Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat the mixture until smooth and glossy.
Beat the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino, egg yolks and sugar over a bain-marie until the mixture is frothy and the sugar has dissolved.
Mix thoroughly with the egg whites and fold in the chocolate shavings.
Pour the mixture into moulds and freeze overnight.
Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving and turn out onto a plate. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
